EDUCATION IN MALAYSIA: TAR College Not Recognised

It seems the Malaysian government, via Jabatan Perkhidmatan Awam (JPA), does not accept degrees and diplomas from my college. In other words, I will not be able to be hired into a civil servant job based on my tertiary education qualifications.

Hmm, waitaminit, isn't TAR College founded by MCA? A political party in the ruling govermental coalition?!

WHAT THE FUCK IS WRONG HERE??!
