Why Do Men Have Balls?
Actually, it's a link to an interesting scientific article on why non-aquatic mammalians have external testicles.
Read it. I find evolution's solution for cooling the sperm in aquatic mammal males to be quite reminiscent of a car radiator or an air conditioner's coolant based mechanism. Cool the fluid on the outside, then tube it back to the ball sack to transfer heat away from it.
Literally, cool!
